Return And Refund Policy

Rock Auto Care Parts is committed to providing a straightforward return process while ensuring compliance with our policies.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A diagnostic report, photos, videos, and DTC codes must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving a defective item to initiate a return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components are non-returnable unless found defective by Rock Auto Care after verification.

  • Custom orders, clearance items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

  • Items with minor damages (e.g., broken sensors, minor cosmetic defects) do not qualify for returns and must be repaired at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service at contact@rockautocare.com with your order number, reason for return, and required diagnostic proof.

  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.

  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once we inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

5. Exchanges and Defective Items

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order.

  • For damaged or defective items, customers must submit photos, videos, and diagnostic reports within 2 business days of delivery.

  • If the issue is verified, Rock Auto Care will determine whether a replacement or refund is issued.

6. Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks are not allowed. Any disputes must be resolved directly with Rock Auto Care Parts.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received a refund:

    • Check your bank account.

    • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
