1. General Terms
By accessing our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and content. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product details without prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Receiving an order confirmation does not indicate final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Additional verification may be required before processing and shipping.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
If canceled before shipping, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
4. Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled due to pricing issues, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
5. Payment & Chargebacks
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
We accept various secure payment methods.
Chargebacks are not allowed under any circumstances. If a dispute arises, customers must first contact Rock Auto Care for resolution.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is arranged within 7-14 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors beyond our control.
Rock Auto Care is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or damaged items, but we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided within 2 days of dispatch.
For large items (e.g., engines, transmissions), a commercial address is required. Customers must provide the business name, full address, and a contact person.
If a forklift or liftgate is unavailable at the delivery location, a $100-$150 fee may be applied by the carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are allowed within 15 days of purchase if the item is in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.
A 35% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply to all returns.
To initiate a return, customers must provide a diagnostic report, photos, videos, and DTC codes within 2 business days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the return request being denied.
Rock Auto Care requires 3+ business days to validate return requests.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If minor parts are damaged or missing during shipping, customers must repair/replace them at their own cost—such issues do not qualify for a return.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rock Auto Care Parts is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Warranty & Installation Responsibility
All parts are used and tested and may have rust due to road salt and environmental exposure.
Fluids are drained, and filters are removed before shipping. Customers must install new filters, gaskets, and fluids before testing the part.
Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified mechanic. Improper installation voids the warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and is subject to the policies outlined on our website.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Rock Auto Care Parts or its content suppliers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Rock Auto Care Parts operates. Any legal disputes must be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts.
