Terms of Authorization

Welcome to Rock Auto Care LLC. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Authorization page. Please review these points carefully before proceeding with your order.

1. Authorization for Credit Card Charges

By placing an order with Rock Auto Care LLC, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon amount. This authorization is for a single transaction, and chargebacks are not allowed.

2. Order and Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is arranged within 7-10 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

  • We partner with standard shipping carriers to ensure secure and prompt deliveries.

  • If your order is rescheduled by the carrier, we are not responsible for any missing or damaged parcels.

  • If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, Rock Auto Care LLC will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but is not liable for refunds or replacements.

3. Product Information and Installation

  • All parts sold are used, tested, and may have rust due to environmental conditions.

  • Fluids are drained, and filters are removed before shipping. Customers must install new filters, gaskets, and fluids before testing the parts.

  • The installation of engines, transmissions, and other major components must be performed by a certified mechanic or technician. Any damages caused by improper installation void the warranty.

  • If minor parts become loose or broken during packing or shipping, the customer is responsible for replacing or fixing them. Returns will not be accepted for minor issues.

4. Accuracy of Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and part details.

  • If an incorrect part is delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a 35% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement. If canceled within 24 hours, a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted.

5. Warranty & Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase under warranty, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Customers must provide a diagnostic report, photos, videos, and DTC codes within 2 business days of delivery to initiate a return.

  • A 35% restocking fee and return shipping charges apply to all returns.

  • Rock Auto Care LLC requires 3 or more business days to validate return reasons and evidence.

  • Once approved, a return authorization number will be provided along with return instructions.

  • Refunds, minus applicable fees, will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Delivery Equipment Charges

  • Customers must confirm the availability of a forklift or liftgate at the delivery location.

  • If a forklift or liftgate is not available, an additional charge of $100-$150 may apply.

  • The same charges apply for both delivery and return pickup.

7. Chargebacks & Liability

  • Chargebacks are not allowed once a transaction is completed and authorized.

  • Rock Auto Care LLC is not responsible for damages incurred during installation.

  • If a refund is delayed, customers must cooperate with Rock Auto Care LLC in resolving the issue.
